How To Process a Refund

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS


All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Items may not be returned, but refunds will be issued, subject to terms.


RETURN PROCESS


As Wavy Waxes LDT does not allow returns of products, due to hygiene, products will be kept by the customer and a refund will be issued after following the refund process.


REFUNDS


To process an item for refund, please email customer service at wavywaxes@gmail.com to start the refund process. After contacting Wavy Waxes LDT, the process will be handled case by case and proof of purchase and photographs of problems must be presented.

After receiving your refund claim, and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
